The other week, my family and I went hiking up Mount Lassen. I was so lucky because it was only open for ten days (this season) and I happened to be home during a few of them. It was such a wonderful day. The beauty of the mountains is unlike anything else. Whenever I am in nature, I feel such a connection to God. After the hike, we went out for hotdogs. It was a fabulous day!
